How`s my plan? I\`ve completed 70% syllabus of physics, around 30-35% Math's and 50% Chemistry (except organic). So I\`ll give my best for January attempt by covering almost 85% syllabus of physics, 50% Maths and 70% Chemistry excluding certain topics which are lengthy and I\`ll keep Organic on hold till April attempt then afterwards I\`ll try to cover lil bit of Organic as well. Is a fat person able to score well in physical education practical/ fitness test? So guys me ek mota bacha ho jo kuch jyada hi mota hai, tuh as boards practical are coming near I'm afraid that I might ache bad in the fitness test of PE as I'm barely able to do 4-5 push-ups and run slowly than others. Therefore I'm asking ki mote logo ko pe ke practical me marks mil jate hai kya? I've completed the practical file and viva bhi kar hi lunga. Can't study at night! Need help Yrr kuch dino se raat ko jaldi nind aa rahi hai. Jese hi khana khata hu, 10 min baad nind aane lg jati hai aur padhai me man hi nhi lagta. Padhne ki koshish bhi krta hu toh nhi padh pata toh ab me kru kya. Kyuki jee paas aa rahi hai toh study hours badhane ki soch raha tha but yaha toh aur kam ho rahe hai. Please help 5 6 replies
How to control panic attacks and Exam related Anxiety As the title says ..... I'm asking this for my sister { dropper } who is in kota preparing for jee . I tried my best to help her but she has like severe or next level anxiety and ngl I don't even know what should i tell her cause I never had panic attacks or exam related anxiety .
