New Year's Eve Events in Jaipur Hi everyone, will be in Jaipur for New Year's Eve with a group that also has teenage youth. As we are travelling through various parts of India, we will only have casual attire, so something like an family open air event with countdown and fireworks sounds appealing over a formal hotel event. Advice needed for a weekend trip I will be visiting jaipur during the weekend of 21st December and will be staying there for 3 nights. I have heard about multiple instances of jaipur traffic police not very tourist friendly (e.g. getting challan for minor violations when other local cabs and cars around are roaming freely.
