13k- replacement in 1 RK Hey guys, looking for a replacement in a fully furnished 1 RK in G Block Sector 57. The flat comes with a balcony, TV, washing machine and RO. Rent- 13k Security- 13k Brokerage- 6.5k( broker has said the replacement has to give him that since he is also the caretaker.) The owner doesn't live here and there are cameras for security and there is security system on gate too. The only CONS about this flat is the road infront of the house is not well constructed.
