Why would billionares live in flats. In delhi someone worth 1000 crores would be having a bungalow in lutyens, round the clock servant and drivers. Flat is synonymous with lack of privacy, security issues when celebrities move around, absence of private lawns and gardens, among various other luxuries that come with a lutyens bungalow or a ancestral palace in Pataudi.
