Leachate just leaking into soil, polluting everything. Frequent fires and a mega-disaster in making. It's literally expanding with no end in sight. Landfill is supposed to be insulated from ground using special materials, and when it's filled, it needs to closed to ensure that no pollutants leak out. So it's not a landfill in any sense.
