How to enroll in the Ayushman Bharat Yojana in Delhi

Step 1: Visit the official website of Ayushman Bharat Yojana (https://www.pmjay.gov.in/).

Step 2: Click on the "Am I Eligible" tab.

Step 3: Enter your mobile number and captcha code to receive an OTP.

Step 4: Verify the OTP and provide the required personal information.

Step 5: Check your eligibility and proceed to the next step.

Step 6: Fill out the application form with accurate details and upload supporting documents.

Step 7: Submit the application form.

Step 8: Receive a confirmation message with your Ayushman Bharat Yojana identification number.

Step 9: Once approved, you will be able to avail the benefits under the scheme at empaneled hospitals.
