How to apply for a new passport in Delhi

Step 1: Visit the Passport Seva website: Go to the official Passport Seva website at 

https://www.passportindia.gov.in.

Step 2: Register/login on the portal: Register an account or log in to your existing account on the Passport Seva website.

Step 3: Fill in the application form: Fill in the required details in the passport application form, including personal information, address, and travel details.

Step 4: Choose appointment slot: Select a suitable appointment slot at your nearest Passport Seva Kendra (PSK).

Step 5: Pay the fee: Make the payment for the passport application fee online.

Step 6: Print application receipt: Print the application receipt containing the Application Reference Number (ARN).

Step 7: Visit the PSK: Visit the selected PSK on the scheduled date and time with the necessary documents for verification.

Step 8: Biometrics and interview: Provide your biometric data (photograph, fingerprints) and attend the interview at the PSK.

Step 9: Receive the passport: After successful verification, your passport will be processed and delivered to your registered address.
