What is the startup scene like in CBE

I am a founder from Bangalore and my parents stay in Coimbatore. Recently I have been thinking about moving to CBE to be close to my parents since i barely get any time to meet them due to my hectic work schedule. I wanted to know if there is a ecosystem where people are building cool stuff and where do they work out of (indiqube) are there any meetups?

Resale house - actual construction vs planning approval vs property tax

We are planning to buy a resale independent house in CBE. I have seen ppl going up with actual construction is about 3000 - 4000 sqft but in approval I see that they have obtained merely about 800-1000 sqft. As well cases like construction of additional floors without disclosing it in the planning approval. And I see them paying lesser property tax by showcasing lesser construction area. What steps the buyer need to do to get it rectified before buying it from the seller.

About Lineman and electrical repairs

What's your experience when it comes with lineman and repairs related? Mine is terrible, apparently if you don't hand him enough money, guy won't come by at all. From what I know these guys are already paid by the government for their work, and if they are receiving money after that, it's more or less bribe. Recently I had issues on line from my home, apparently there was a problem with neuter and clamps, I'm not very knowledgeable. Anyways after lots of calls, guy comes, just puts one clamp...

Pokemon Go Group in Race Course.

I had gone for an evening stroll in Race Course and then I came across a bunch of Pokemon Go players, around 15-20 of them grouped up and going on about it. I didn’t expect it to be a thing here, I used to play Pokémon when I was little so it was really nice to see them enjoy the game.
