Healthy Lifestyle I’m extremely happy that I’ve been able to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout 2024 by not failing to miss a ton of days without working out and I’m really proud of myself for being able to do so. Traffic on New Year Eve It took us more than 1 hour to reach Medavakkm from Westin Velachery. We started at 10.40pm from Westin Velachery and reached Medavakkm by 11.45pm. Is this true? I visited Thiruvanmiyur Beach this evening, and there were many people either on their usual walks or celebrating New Year's Eve. Interestingly, the police were asking everyone to leave the beach and asked them to cooperate in vacating the area. Is this true? I've never experienced this before, and it felt completely new to me.
