Not so welcoming Recently visited the city for the first time. Just wanted to leave my 2 cents. It was very underwhelming. The washrooms at Rose garden were filthy, folks working at Sukhna were miserable and buying the ticket felt like they were doing me a favor. I can go on and on about other experiences but the worst was the police. We got pulled over 4 times within 2 hours. Now I know locals will blame we did something wrong, but there was nothing.
