Late Post - Finally got the delivery of Virtus GTLine, Let's talk upgrades! After months of discussion, research and waiting. Thanks to few inputs from this group, I Finally got my hands on a Virtus 1.0 GTLine AT. Did a quick short trip within a week to Mysuru from Bengaluru. So clocked 500 already and here's my quick review and Need for upgrades. Pros: 1. The TC+1.0 combo is heavenly. So smooth but quick whenever you need it. 2. What percentage of Ethanol are we getting in our petrol? It says india achieved the target of 19% ethanol so does it also means we are getting 19% of Ethanol in petrol? If not then how much? I have searched through internet and i haven't found any clear answer which says the exact amount of ethanol blending in our petrol. And the intresting thing is they are thinking to blend 5% ethanol in diesel 😶 And if 20% ethanol becomes mandatory are we going to have option of getting less petrol with less ethanol by paying more? Skoda vs Honda engines Test drove a few automatics from Škoda, Honda and Hyundai. No doubt, the 1.0L AT of Škoda/ VW is much better than the others we test drove. Like nothing could compare this. 🤌🏾 Absolutely love the driving feels. Manual is no doubt better but need an automatic for the tier - 1 city traffic as it could get very difficult for elders driving in the family.
