Allowed to pass toll gate without paying because of long queue

Was going towards lucknow , arrived at Dakhina shekhpur toll plaza. There was half a km long queue at toll plaza. Suddenly cars started moving in my queue rather quickly, I anticipated everyone had their fastag recharged. To my funking surprise, toll gates were opened and all the cars were allowed to pass for free. Mother funking surprising moment, that government is following rules

As the title says, what are some rare normal cars? In terms of bikes, Apache released a 200 ABS back in 2009, but only the 180 and 160 are famous. Pulsar released a Pulsar 200 and 220 in commuter form, but that's rarely ever seen. Pulsar 180 as well. S-Cross sold 1.6 Diesel for a short time, but that was discontinued in favor of 1.3 Multijet. Damaged tyres - what's causing this

Yesterday, I checked out three used i20 N Line cars, model years 2021 and 2022. All cars had this issue (see pictures) with front tyres and I think one had a little bit of this for the rear tyres too. All cars had stock tyres - Ceat SecureDrive. What might be the cause?
