Please mods don't remove this They increased the metro and bus fare Today while going by metro, my price has increased by almost two times...wtf!!!! I use metro because it's cheap despite being crowded Can something be done about this Even bus price has increased as well. What is going on How are people surviving in this city 🏙️?

They want people with low wages to leave Bangalore.

With the hike in bus fare and metro fare I think it's very hard for people with low wage to survive in this city. With more increase in fare for public transport people will lean towards using private vehicle which can worsen the Bangalore traffic.

Why is private mode of transport getting more affordable than public transport

It costs 50 rs to travel to my college previously 26. It just doesn't make sense to spend 100 rs just for basic commute. It takes the same amount to travel in car which is much more convenient.

Five water bottles on a car bonnet

This is a weird thing I observed on my post dinner walks in my locality, twice now. Five half litre bottles (like the Bisleri ones) which we get for 10rs. All are half filled with water, placed equidistantly on the bonnet of a car that’s parked outside the house. Like the bottles make a semicircle along the bonnet of the car. Is it some car thing? Or is it something more? I found it super weird. And I did see the car once without any bottles. Anybody knows anything...
