Does anyone else feel that Amazon India's customer service is beyond dogshit now? TLDR: Customer service is a complete 180° from what it used to be when Amazon first entered the market. It's deliberately designed to severely test the patience of the Indian consumer. REACHING CUSTOMER CARE: The automated IVR is useless for anything other than the most basic requests. It's almost impossible to get in touch with a real person. Getting one is trial and error.
