PG fresher in IITB

Hi Junta. I'm a PG fresher in IITB. Sometimes the campus feels lonely and not so luck in finding close friends. Acads and other stuff is okay but it feels great to sit or walk along the lakeside and talk something extremely meaningful. Also, I'm a male and extremely sexually confused person. Need information regarding admissions please (most info pages on website are not updated/unavailable) - are UGC PhD qualified students required to sit in for written test? - is it possible to move a self funded application to UGC funded after an year or so?
