In Mangalore, udupi, kundapura and also south of Mangalore towards ullala, what I have seen is lot of population are retired or senior citizens with their children in metro cities or outside India. So in case of any health issues or in general if unable to work around house, finding a full time maid, cook, nurse, physiotherapist is difficult. I know this with personal experience for my home itself. We have seen multiple agencies who exploit the people who are ready for these jobs and due to this, the people whom they send to the house, don't want to work and sometimes leave without prior notice. Worse case robbery, murder.

Can any app be done which will connect the people directly, instead of these agencies.
