Sounds more like the problem is you, not them.

1. Assuming the conversation with the coworkers were about work, that takes far more priority than giving you small talk. And even if it wasn't work, given that you said you just walked in, they were already in the middle of a conversation, why would they derail it just for you.

2. So what if a person is listening to you without nodding? Who are you to judge how a person should be conversing with you?

3. Your work should absolutely be presented last. It's common for meetings to run long, so the priority goes to the more important subjects, which are covered by the more senior members. If the meeting needs to be cut short, the most important topics are at least covered and they can circle back to the less important ones.

4. Dumping a task on you without asking you how to do it? Guess what, that's the entire point of an internship and is how you learn. This is a job, not class.

Now if you're not being paid for the internship, you certainly have grounds to complain about lack of training, but if you're being paid, you really don't unless the task really is way out of the expectation of what an intern should be able to do.

It’s literally been my business for 10+ years. Never had a Google penalty or anything. Highest months have paid £8,000. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Rates - I go in with a rate and 8 out of 10 times agree something a bit lower. I get offers to pay £5 or £10 which I ignore.
