I work in real estate and this is my personal opinion.
HFC is a great place to live, has restaurants, medicals and all the other basic things you need to live.

If you want to live in panvel then HFC is way better than Godrej and Wadhwa.
Godrej is shit in terms of everything and Wadhwa is something I don't even want to talk about because it's sooo near to mountains and away from main road.
