I don’t know. I think from a writing perspective it’s pretty ballsy to make a movie about a cheap guy tense all over a toaster. It’s a difficult sell and a fun film if pulled off and they’ve got a game actor to do it.

Emotions always play into it. There have been automated trading system that have proven to be right yet people still turn them off and act on there own. These people aren’t retail traders these are big funds. If a professional big fund has overroad a system I don’t think you’ll see anything different with AI being readily accessible to the retail traders with high emotion and no discipline

I never understood who uses those.

But apparently, they get a lot of use. I've asked many places that had them if they ever saw people use them, and the people working there were just as surprised as me that they actually get fair bit of use.
