Rest like kamma,kapu,reddy do co-operate but conditionally…(for good things, not with bad things) as we Telugus are extremely self conscious about social image. If you are not from among these social groups, it’s extremely difficult to pull off a co-operative venture.
It’s a good idea to begin one anyway.
& co-operatives are not a bad thing that way inside castes… it atleast enables few people to work together. But it gets toxic when a group tends occupy everything for themselves not leaving space for others.
