As a former alto 2009 model user
I think i have an explanation for this

I think it's about how raw it feels
like the bigger vehicles have everything on sensor, and how good their suspension works, you don't feel a single thing that's going on around your Vehicle.

On the other hand, in smaller vehicles, Alto per say, i felt every single thing i did, like if i pressed brakes, i felt every rubble that went under my vehicle's tire.

This is missing in bigger vehicles.

If those EVs for the post office were made by Tesla I bet it would be a different story

If the battery has failed, then isn’t it covered in warranty, why break the scooter, and if ola is refusing to repair the battery then the owner has the right to approach consumer court, what does he gain from destroying the scooter, if the battery has failed due to manufacturing defect then it will surely be covered under warranty by law.
