I'm not a therapist. Neither do I know you personally.

But I must say. Identifying the very cause of this mental state. Where it's stemming from is really important.

Whatever the issue you had in your life.. that pushed you into this mental state, has to be considered.

Don't ignore those issues. Bring it forward. Face them. Eventually, you will create acceptance. This is the only solution. Instead of questioning 'why you're suffering, why you're in this mental shithole'.
Try to ask, 'What's making you stay in that shithole'.

Do whatever you DON'T feel like doing.

Getting out of the room seems hard for you because your brain has tricked you into thinking that your room and bed are the only safe space.
In this case, you have to stop listening to your brain. Go completely against it.

I personally went through a severe anxiety phase. It made suicidal too. I struggled for almost 4 years. Saw a couple of therapists. Tried different coping methods. Nothing helped.

But ultimately, you have to be your own therapist. And your mentality plays a very important role. I had to lose myself completely, my ego, my respect, in order to stand back up.
Take it one day at a time. You will be fine, bro. Trust me.

How many men need to die before we hold this disgraceful Indian judiciary accountable? We need a military takeover of this disgraceful institution.

People will say it is comfortable and some will say it is not, it is very personal more so because it's a smaller frame it won't be universally comfortable, personally I feel like when I put on weight it starts to feel cramped, so I keep my weight in check. It is good motivation.
Bigger frame bikes like the advs will just be easier to sit in no matter your size they fit a larger set of people more easily, like wearing large crocs.
