you can hire freelancers but you have to treat them well and make them feel appreciated so that they stick around. You can hire interns but you have to help them grow and turn them into long term freelancers or employees. Hiring employees is probably the best, but all 3 scenarios can work out for you as long as you acknowledge that you'll get the best results by working with the same people long term. Especially on big projects. It can take months for someone to become familiar with a large project, and having to start from scratch with a new person sucks and is such a time drain with many risks of wasting time. When you find people that are the right fit, it's in your best interest to build up that relationship through mutual respect, proper compensation and signs of appreciation. Employees is the best scenario because it's the one that makes it the easiest to build long term relationships.. but it comes with risks.. it's usually more expensive and if things go south.. it can be harder to break ties.
