If you would like to go to Aluva Metro itself, take a bus to Thrissur side or Moothakunnam and get down at Aluva bypass.

Else take a city bus and get down from Pulinchodu to Muttom. I wouldn't suggest getting down after that as there would be traffic.

Second day start early, go to Nahargarh, Jaigarh, Amer (they can be covered in a single day) and go to Chokhi Dhani at night. Do not over eat during the day because you will eat a lot at night.
Third day you can relax, or go to Chaand Baaoli which is quite far.you can go to Bhangarh too.
