We do not, or rather I do not. I live on the 13th floor. I do not care for a Friday being the 13th, and so on. I believe it is superstition to think of the number 13 as unlucky. Some people do consider anything associated with the number 13 to be unlucky or inauspicious though.

But, as others too have mentioned, this is a Christian construct in any case (possibly due to the number of people at the last supper being 13).

One nuance here is that it is not that it does not matter only because it's a Christian belief, because if you do believe in such a thing it will indeed affect your mind, agitate it, and be an impedance to your journey as a seeker. Having an agitated mind is the exact opposite of what meditation and prayer seek to do, so instead if you find yourself thinking on such matters think of God and meditate on Him. The number 13 has no power over you then.

Oh!! You guys clearly don't
know about the reality of the Mizo Marriage situation described here. There exists every type of person - the more conservative - the more liberal etc. The majority of Mizos are Christian - its just they prefer people marrying in the same religion ( I mean come on! It exists everywhere in India - Hindu marrying Hindu, Muslim with Muslim). Especially if we compare with other parts of India, Mizoram is much more liberal - at least there's no persecution/killing etc coz of inter religious/tribe marriage. The Mizo NGOs like the YMA, MZP may officially speak against marrying outside Mizo culture etc but like 90% of the people in Mizoram - they literally don't care. If you love each other - you marry each other.

If you live in Mizoram and Marry someone outside your tribe - outside your religion - well the majority might not really find it very amazing but generally people don't get involved in others business - and even if someone feels really negative about it, people are super polite and you'll really have no problem, people won't bother you.
