We don't, I have slowly come to accept this. I used to strive to be empathetic and see where the other person is coming from and what shaped their point of view. I realized over time that most people are interested in displaying how correct their opinions are rather than having correct, well thought out, opinions.

So I have given up, there is no point going into discussions with people who believe they can never be wrong.

I am in a comfortable enough place in my life where the wealth gap increasing is not really going to affect me negatively, I stopped speaking up, where once I used to shout at people to look at the real issues and question your leaders on the same, now I just scoff and say "told you so" when people slowly realize that they have been fucked over hard by the distractions and noise and communal agendas. Most people have not realised this still but they will eventually.

It feels absurd when I see the underprivileged fighting for the most capitalist cronies that clearly favour centralisation of wealth and power like it's not even funny how obvious it is. Family businesses are the ones that still exist as on date in most cases unless it is a new sector at present due to the wide range of online business take over in every sector. Only those are still existing except the restaurant or hospitality sector where new entrants keep coming and going. Not all people from family and friends are dangerous, it all depends on the person one is dealing with. It happens that businesses die due to issues between partners and even there are which thrive because of having multiple skills and various interests of people. So everything is possible.

You need TamilNadu type govt to do this. A lesser known city like Coimbatore is now attracting businesses more than many tier 1 cities.

My mama and mausa lives in Bihar and well established business. yet they sent their children outside from class 9 onwards. Even those who can send are sending.

Education is not just school and study but much more. Outside state provides that and many opportunities and exposer.

Limited opportunities limits child creativity and force them in rat race. It is not that other places not have that but ample opportunities gives relief.
