Tragic. Father being too busy on his phone is the reason this has happened.

Unfortunate for the parent and the driver both. Even though it was totally parent's and kid's fault, the drive is going to remember this incident for his lifetime.

I hope driver was not lynched or prosecuted. And parents should know how to handle kids.
