So this is how temple/darga structures pop ups right in middle of our roads?
Hindu idols placed under trees are a method of discarding (not the right word) them. They can also be sent into rivers.
Darga on the other hand is a purposely constructed structure with actual labour put in it. Im not a muslim so dont know what could be the purpose of constructing majar/darga on top brides, on roads or on railway platforms.
THIS IS NOT A MUSLIM HATE. JUST WHAT I HAVE SEEN. -
What is logic behind this?
Someone's words can affect you provided that someone has spent a lot of time in penances. Many tantriks are known to randomly affect the lives of people simply to test their powers. The Shatkarma in tantra is an apt example for this. One can simply kill someone with a ritual, create dispute among people, displace someone or paralyze their victims. All of this depends on who has the power and who it is used on. Most people don't know how to protect themselves and hence are defenseless.
Coming to the fruit of karma, suppose you were a tyrant in your previous life, killed many people and died before the fruit could reach you. The sole reason you could do all that was you good karma in the previous life of that, which shielded you from instant effects of all you did. Now, whatever karma you are doing is for the future, you might not even get its fruit now. You have to bear the consequences of you previous deeds because the body doesn't matter. It is superficial. Even if the body suffers, you feel the pain. Hence even though the previous bodies are destroyed, the karmas you did aren't and now you need to reap the fruit.
Random thoughts can't affect you life until you are at that high level in you sadhna. It would be better if you just go on meditating and don't bother about whatever happens outside you. God will open doors for you, you just need to be calm and wait.

I miss the old Chennai
I had a similar thought recently. There used to be a time when my family was still middle class and we couldn't really afford a car, so we used to go by bus when I was young. The streets were not so crowded and traffic was less then. I always wanted to buy a car and explore the streets of Chennai.
Now, I bought my own car. But I'm still unable to enjoy the streets of Chennai because of traffic. Which got me thinking. There must be many other people who had my same dream, and have fulfilled it. So in a way, I'm happy with how Chennai has given hopes to people and helped them get there <3 -
What is logic behind this?
If someone does good karma in this life why does he have to suffer for the karma he did in a previous life by that body which is already destroyed >>> body is just a vessel. Soul is the one that suffers. -

What does your car keys look like? I got this online a few months back when I was expecting the delivery for my car :)
maruti literally has the lamest designed keys. Not hating, just my opinion. They didn't bother to distinguish the interiors in their cars, so they are definitely not putting in any efforts on the keys -
What went wrong for the AAP?
Anyone else remember AAP’s beginning? That scammer Anna Hazare.
In Mumbai passionate young people would stop you and try convince you to vote for AAP, vote for an India against corruption through a Jan Lokpal Bill.
I remember arguing with some young person that nothing was going to translate into reality. I felt bad for diminishing their hopes back then. -
Why do tourists/outsiders always tell locals that their behaviour is rude while always getting away with cheap behaviour themselves??
Maybe lumping different people together? -

Cryptocurrency is not worth trying to make short-term gains, and if you’re financially struggling it’s not the best idea to invest for longterm either.
While the post highlights the inherent volatility and risks of cryptocurrency investments, it overlooks that some experts argue Bitcoin, despite its fluctuations, is viewed as a long-term low-risk asset by some analysts. Additionally, investing in cryptocurrencies should align with one's financial situation and risk tolerance, as many market participants consider them unsuitable for those already facing financial struggles.

Do you think parents need to be informed about making a choice to not have a baby (in Indian family context)?
The thing is, in India, parents on either side are invested in their adult children's lives. Having said that, especially if there have been some questions from either side, it's best to let them know where you two stand. Politely and firmly. It's good that you both are on the same page, and can stand together.
If I may suggest, it's best for you to speak privately with your own parents while he does the same thing. Putting up a united front with Indian inlaws (breaking the news together) unfortunately goes south most of the time, as either set of parents may think you're influenced by the partner. Both of you should make it sound like this is what YOU want individually and your partner is being supportive by standing with you. And even IF you decide to have kids later, it's not going against social norms as much as being childfree by choice. So you'll be fine.
I agree with your husband as especially in India, it's socially and culturally acceptable to ask about plans for starting a family. It is what it is. Best to nip expectations in the bud for some peace.
