Every country will fit into this in some form. But from an Indian perspective, I'd say places like the Scandinavian countries. The quality of life is one of the highest in the world, no doubt. But unless you are from there, it's very hard to integrate into their cultures, high taxes, lack of opportunities in many fields, weather etc. I am no fan of the US or Canada but they are a little better especially when it comes to how much opportunity you can have for your field of work.
