So I’ve been seeing the news about Tesla’s entry to India in the recent week or so, and I’ve conveyed my opinion on it. Not supporting it, and I hope it fails.

But, what I want to know: what do Indians truly think of Tesla? I know us car enthusiasts on this sub know about Teslas and their issues, but what about others like your family and friends? Do they think good or highly of Tesla?

I ask because I don’t live in India but I was talking to my cousins a while back and they were wondering why we didn’t own a Tesla and then proceeded to rave on about Tesla. I was so confused. But, it’s the same confusion I have when I see dozens of people driving in their dumb Teslas here in the US, too. And so, I just want to set my expectations: do people, in general, in India like Tesla?

I would say it is because of all governments providing freebies and excessive government regulation, the poor are being trapped in welfare traps, businesses are hard to start, the government is spending way over their means creating high inflation, and the people are economically and politically retarded.

Solution: Deregulate so that more people start business, reduce taxes, increase economic freedom, and stop government freebies.

Unfortunately no party would want that as they only go after votes

I suggest to u these two, GS Grand Men's PG (₹7,000 for 4 sharing & ₹8,500 for 3 sharing) and Rainbow Mens PG, I am not sure of the prices there but it's almost similar but 1k or 2k higher side.
