Price ranges a lot from place to place. I’ve personally never tried the very expensive ones and I love a good whiskey. My favourites are:
1. Jack Daniel’s (just the regular one, smooth af)
2. Jameson (Irish, smooth af)
3. Jim Beams (bourbon, used to be my favourite. Has a strong flavour if you’re into that but very smooth)
4. Ballentines (used to be my go to, but not that smooth)
5. Teachers, black and white - decent stuff
6. Blenders Pride - during my college days. Not very smooth, lower cost, better used in a cocktail. I personally have tried this with varying combinations of mixed fruit juice, Himalayan salts, and energy drinks.

I was in an extremely rough spot in 2017.

Academically, I wasn’t doing well in my undergrad studies. On top of that, I had 0 friends in college. Finally, my then girlfriend cheated on me and tried her best to gaslight me into believing she hadn’t. I started skipping school and started lying to my parents. A year later, it snowballed into such a huge problem that I was truly afraid of the trajectory my life would take. Additionally, I started losing interest in the one thing I found joy in - photography. Unable to take it all, I tried to off myself; the only reason I wasn’t successful was because the noose came loose. I got away with an insanely swelled tongue.

A few days after that, I came clean to my parents (I did not reveal my attempt to them). They were understandably angry, but decided to help. They accompanied me to speak to the college dean, and after several hours of discussions and negotiations, I was allowed to repeat my final year under the condition that I maintain a 100% attendance. I took that opportunity, revealed the scenario to only 2 of my close friends, and started attending classes. Additionally, my mom took me to therapy which I partially paid for out of my pocket money and stipend from my internship.

The following 8 months were a lot of hard work of not just studying, but doing whatever it took to keep my mental health in check. Therefore, apart from studying and working, I was taking the time out to find joy in photography again. Eventually, my grades in the last 2 semesters were enough to drastically average out and improve those of the first 4 semesters.

I’ll also admit that consuming weed also helped, but I’d not recommend that because different people have different experiences and I took a huge risk.

Student unions are the lowest scum of Arunachal. Most members graduated a decade ago but still partake in these unions for bribe money and power.

Mosque hi nahi temples bhi,

I watched Godzilla x Kong The New Empire in 3D at PVR IMAX Superplex DLF Mall of india, Noida. Pardon my technical ignorance, I don’t know if the screen is overhyped or it’s only in India, or entirely my wrong choice of movie, but my 21 inches BPL TV from 90s had better visuals.

Also, the entire movie watching experience was further ruined by the non-stop food deliveries, chattering, kids playing noises. Took a pledge that day, which is still going strong without any regrets, never to watch a movie in theatres in India.
