Cons in this model
1. auto wala sees customer pays X but he got X - Uber commission- Tax. That a direct unhappiness.

in new model, Uber/rapido pays on 5% as tax because they are just middlemen and not service providers and this 5% is paid on the plan that driver takes, say 500 rs per month + 5% (one time at the time of taking plan)

Pros
Ride is cheaper
No commission paid by driver (perception that I get all the fare to keep to myself)
