If it is implemented, then BJP will amend the law to bring priority to Hindi and Sanskrit. It is openly an ideology and goal of RSS to create a forward caste led Hindu Rashtra with a common language (Hindi or Sanskrit).

Finding teachers for other languages are hard except Hindi. BJP knew this and that is why it's approaching this path. It is an unnecessary burden to spam our children with languages. Let them learn languages according to their own personal benefits in the future.
