He said that any guy could have character assassinated Kashish based on the aggressive flirting she was doing. But Avinash didn't do it. He never mentioned it casually, even to Eisha. He never made fun of Kashish for that. That's the quality that Kv was appreciating. And I agree. It would have been so easy for a guy to character assassinate Kashish based on her behavior. But Avinash refrained from it. On the other hand, Kashish tried to character assassinate Avinash by calling him a womanizer. Still, Avinash didn't say anything bad about her. I'm sorry I don't like Avinash, but how he dealt with this situation was commendable. I totally understand what Kv is trying to say.

replace womanizer with playboy which means the same thing it’ll become a badge of accomplishment whereas kashish is being slutshamed and getting death threats what not. I didn’t understand why they had to make such a huge deal out of the whole thing and make it political.
