Okkk, first take a passenger train/EMU from sangrur to Ludhiana(54053&54603,54605&54633) followed by another train from Ludhiana to pathankot and then from Pathankot to Jammutavi(74907). BTW, you will not find any passenger or EMU from Jammu/pathankot to Katra, you need to travel up to Jammutavi by train then you can take a bus from Jammutavi to Katra.
