But sometimes these people give the parcel to security and mark it as delivered to resident. In that case whenever I see the notification delivered to resident, I raise a complaint with amazon customer care by requesting call back. Most of the time they ask the delivery guy to come back and deliver the order and raise a call back within 2 days to make sure you get the parcel. If this is not happening I will go down and collect my order from security desk and tell amazon customer care I didn't receive the item and get a refund. Then next time onwards I am getting the item in my door step. The delivery of Amazon is always door step. That's the policy. If you insist on getting it to your door step they need to deliver to your door step. Make a fuss about with customer care every time it happens. Eventually they will deliver to door step. It's my experience
