They are expanding the mall. They have purchased the huge plot next to the mall from alembic (the current parking lot) and they would build new showroom shops where the old parking lot was.

They did same thing when they expanded alpha one mall in Ahmedabad. Basically convert parking lot into more shops.

Not a very popular movie but Pyar Zindagi Hai had Mohnish play an absolutely psychotic brother in law/husband. I think he has been able to pull off both types of characters.
