Hey maybe just go for street food, you can spend good amount of time there and it's in budget.

If you are looking for pocket friendly cafe then I guess just go for thick shakes like in Raskunj, Swirly, desserto, dezzertino. Here thick shakes start from 80-90. Please avoid frullato.

You can even go Haldirams.

It's pretty impossible to own a house or a car in Singapore as a foreigner. PR times are comparable to US green card. But salaries are maybe 50% of what you can earn in the US. So comparitively Singapore is not a top destination for Indians.
