Son, you gotta understand something. (Not trying to offend anyone). Every region you go, has its own set of local food, eatables etc which is common to afford and which most people eat.

Let’s take Pune or Maharashtra for that matter - Vadapav, Misal, poha are very common.
If you go to Delhi, you’ll still find poha, but not the same type of vadapav, no misal.
Similarly, when you go to south, depending on the state you are in, your food also changes.
In common, you’ll find dosa or idli shops for sure, they range from ₹5 to ₹500 also, and it’s a staple food.
Let’s say you go to Kerala, apart from this, they have different set of breakfast staples.
Let’s say you go to Hyderabad, they have different set as well.

It’s not about having vadapav in south, it’s about will people eat as much as idli or dosa is consumed? As a Tamil myself, No. I don’t really like vadapav and I really don’t understand how it’s a breakfast, but yes it’s common here. People also eat 4 meduvada as breakfast here, for us, it’s a side dish kind of a thing and it’s like ₹5 to ₹15 max but meduvada is super overpriced here (including few road shops). We have Upma as staple in tamilnadu, I have never seen poha in Tamil breakfasts or in hotels or roadside shops.

It’s been 4 years for me in Pune, I still find it hard to discover Tamil shops, I’ve adjusted to Pune culture at this point. Another thing is, you may find a lot of idli dosa shops around every corner as you say because it has been to be consumed more, and many places I’ve been to, I’ve seen its run by some south guy.

But overall my point is, you gotta understand that every region of India is completely different and you’ll only get what’s staple or more consumed in that location. Else, you’ll really have to search.

The point is, sambhar is not native to Pune, hence the commercial establishments are exploiting this lack of specific understanding of sambhar taste and just providing a sweet spicy liquid labelled as sambhar. Try Vijay idly vada centre on Baner Aundh link road, besides ambedkar chowk at the end of DP road. It opens only in the morning though. By far the closest manageable sambhar I have come across. Do remember his sambhar contains no veggies. It's just a liquid spiced closest to OG sambhar.

If you want a good book, you can read "Reminiscence of a Stock Operator". It is the story of Jesse Livermore.

That said - if you are struggling with your trading, a book may not really help. You may want to dig into some numbers to understand what is wrong. Do you keep a log of your trade and trading decisions? Now would be a good time to do some analysis and correct what can be corrected.
