I am in the same coaching centre he was (PW) even though he was only giving tests.

He is also an overachiever in 12 boards (98% or something)

He was in Allen in 11th till October and left it due to bad faculty and mismanagement.

He joined PW online batch and prepped from there.

And he already solved big books like Physics Galaxy and more i forgot the name, in 11th only.

He's just the typical hardworker with a gifted iq that solved a lot of tough material, nothing out of the box.

Talk to your manager about making your work more efficient. Automate mundane repetetive work. Work with more productivity. That means, 1-2 coffee breaks, only for 10 mins. Lunch break for 1 hr or less. Rest of the time has to be productive. Reduce meetings if you can.
Doing this should save you more than 1-2 hrs a day.

In fact, automating some of the tasks will also reduce your colleagues' burden and the savings in effort will fetch you some brownie points with your manager.

If your manager understands that you can work in the regular time and still deliver to his expectations, then it's all good. The way you communicate this is absolutely crucial. Most of the time, a simple communication will solve the problem effectively.

If he starts giving you more work to make your workday 12 hrs no matter what, tell him it's affecting your health, and that you're okay to work like that once in a while if need arises but otherwise you want to keep it 8-9 hrs only. Tell him you need 2-3 hrs a day to workout, cook, eat, and do your chores, etc, and working 12 hours leaves you with no time to do any of that.

If your manager doesn't like this approach, that's when you quit. Don't quit before you try everything you can.
