I think they should ban health risk products entirely.(not alcohol) but it's sad that products like these employ so many people and are a multi billion dollar industry. Eradication of such products would also clean our streets.

No its a shitty thing to do, unless someone is disabled very senior citizen they should be paying and using facilities. Abled women should pay their share like everyone. Thats where the taxpayers money is going rather than fixing the infrastructure.

- Can you balance a 2-wheeler?
- Can you ride a scooter?
- Can you ride a geared bike?
- Can you ride a heavier bike?

I have no clue what stage you're at, so no tips. But yeah, you'll probably need to tick off the requirements in that order to be confident in riding a heavy big bike.
