I have been to north eastern states on my motorcycle, in 2023. I have a few friends there, natives. As per information I got from them as well as some confidential sources, the money spend there is for them to stay with our country. Plus, those guys produce a lot of zero taxed products (agro products mostly).

I have been to Bihar too, during the same journey. I don't know why or how this much is spend there. The people, mostly are savages. The discrepancy and disparity in income, caste, politics etc are vast in that state. I felt sorry but people over there are dumb too.
