Have been using this brand Blue Raptor since last year when rodents ate away the battery liner. Has worked well except the fact that it has a very finicky spray mechanism. I personally like the TomCat gold version for the nozzle it has which concentrates the spray very well. But this brand is also good in terms of doing what it claims to do.
Also guys if you continue to see traces of rodent activity, do consider moving to another spot which is clean. I did the same and it's been so much better. Although because I've boarded so many bottles of these sprays, I keep using them once every 20 days or so.

It's easier and cheaper to take photos in your phone and then get them printed in any size and shape on the same photosheet quality papers in studios.

Insta cameras and their photosheets are expensive. You really won't be able to click as many pics as you normally would since every click takes time before you get ready for the next one.

You can try with a simple (google form) or something by making some specific time when you are available like from 10-2, 6-8.

Then you can validate how much people are willing to pay, what kind of different requests they have, and see if there is a value.
