Let's address the issue with Bryan for a moment here. If you follow him on social media, and maybe come across his recent Netflix special, it's pretty easy to point out that apart from all that he portrays himself as, at the end of the day he's more like a salesman of the consumer industry. In all of his podcasts, videos etc. he mentions a product every 2-3 mins. His lifestyle is a gimmick, right from the moment he wakes up, to the time he ends his day, all he does is review products. How this plays out for a layman is, "if I want to be like him, I'll have to buy that", and then you add the "life" factor to it for leverage.

The cosmetic industry uses "beauty" for leverage but lately the consumer has started to realise it's only a temporary variable in one's life and spending a major part of their income on beauty products ultimately is like flushing money down the drain. Which has resulted in the consumer shifting towards use of products only which are absolutely necessary and nothing extra. This way the cosmetic industry takes a hit in sales.

Now that they've realised they can't use "beauty" as leverage anymore, they've sought out a new variable, "Life". And Bryan is like the first of many, "Life promoting influencers" which the market is yet to come across. A person can still somehow make his mind around compromising beauty/attractiveness for once if it takes a major hit on their pocket, but when you put "Life" into the equation, it becomes very non-negotiable. Every time the industry wants to put a new product in the market, "increase quality of life" will be one of the key marketing strategies and people like Bryan will be the mannequins.
