People are pressing NOTA to look cool
Yes and I have been seeing this trend lately. People here lack basic political literacy. And then they call themselves cool after posting here about how they voted for NOTA. -

Google do not read sitemap file and index pages
Yeah, this happens when you remove a lot of pages, Google basically loses trust in your site for a while. That’s probably why it’s ignoring your new subfolder but indexing the subdomain. Deleting thousands of pages also messes with your crawl budget, so Google might be slow to revisit your site.
I wouldn’t remove and re-add the domain in GSC—it won’t help. Instead, try manually requesting indexing for your new pages and make sure they’re linked from existing high-authority pages on your site. If any of the deleted pages had traffic or backlinks, set up 301 redirects to relevant content. Also, Google treats subdomains almost like separate sites, which is why those pages might be getting indexed faster. If the content should logically be in a subfolder, stick with it and keep pushing quality signals. -

Most valuable biz skills to a Series B startup - I will not promote
I hear you, but I think folks never give enough emphasis to communication skills and flexibility at this stage. I mean, yeah, your technical skills still matter, but Series B is like a whole other ball game with scaling. From my experience, it was about talking to different people, working well with the team, constantly changing tactics, and making tweaks to the growth strategy.
At the seed stage, everyone’s all about survival mode and validating the product. By the time you hit Series A, it’s about getting those systems in place. But come Series B, it’s like being in a growth sprint. As for non-tech roles, they’re often looking for someone who can anticipate issues, adapt strategies, and manage teams well—kind of like strategic ninjas ready to roll with the punches. I remember a friend who became a star because they were just really good at understanding customer feedback and translating that into actionable adjustments. It's not all glam and glory; there's lots of grind and grit.
You might also want to zero in on networking prowess. Like, knowing how to represent your company at events or just forging meaningful connections. Sometimes doors open not because of what you know but who you connect with and how you get your message across. That’s something I learned the not-so-easy way. There's so much nuance and it kinda varies with each startup's culture, though. Just gotta stay open and ready to adapt to whatever comes your way. -

People are pressing NOTA to look cool
People are dumb. NOTA would have been beneficial, when it gets the majority votes due to which no party forms the government. But this is not the case, even if NOTA wins, the party with most votes will form the government. So yeah, voting for NOTA is just wasting your vote. -
