small caps and mid caps are in for a rude shock from here on. the valuations for small caps in India is absurd to say the least. Plus most of the performance was just mutuals funds buying more of low liquidity small caps. when the redemptions starts, there will be no bids to hit in the market. expect small and mid caps to correct another 30-40% from here.

OP what You're facing we can all empathize with but just ranting about it here won't end this torture.

You should record a video of them following You which could act as a solid proof should You decide to file a complaint against their hideous act.

If You don't want to go to a Police Station, then You've to either change the timing of Your night walks or take someone with You for added security & comfort.

OP they've now habituated this stalking & are aware of Your schedule. Plus You being quiet or just ignoring them gives them more confidence & makes then want to continue this as they feel You'll just be quiet about this.

Depends how you define “best”. Sf Bay Area attracted 60% of all venture funding in the US in 2024. NY, LA and Boston round out the top 4 and collectively with Sf capture >90% of all venture funding in the US. Now note that 2024 concentrated geographically even more than typical given the AI boom.

For as much hype as Austin gets as “the next growth city”, it barely registers. The city is ~1-2% of US venture funding and it declined in 2024.

That being said, total dollars raised is only one metric but it’s really the only objective quantifiable metric. Certainly skewed by companies with massive raises.

Is it naive to assume there is a “best and safest” place?
