I won't say he has the passion but he knows his market. Remember these are things you can learn.

Take your time. Don't let this be the center of your life. Go about your day and upload videos in your free time. In other words don't put all your eggs in one basket, and with a bit of luck you'll get somewhere.

Like almost every other language in the world, standardisation plays a key role here. Most of the Telugu dialects, be it Kadapa, Srikakulam or Warangal remain as colloquial dialects, while the Krishna dialect which had a heavy dose of Sanskrit and was already standardised became the official dialect of sorts. This sort of dialect hierarchy is pretty much the reason why the all the other dialects of Telugu are only used in daily life, art and literature.

This is exactly what happened with English, where the Received Pronunciation accent based out of Southeast England was made the official dialect of the UK. Because the RP dialect was based out of the golden triangle (a region with a lot of prestigious universities), that dialect was infused with a ton of Latin, pretty much standardising it and creating the version of English we use here in India today.
