Tripura is already doomed, assam is getting threatened by illegal infiltrators, nowadays even dimapur is full of miyas, immigrants crossing borders and entering meghalaya. And I am not sure about manipur, mizoram and Arunachal.

CB300F Flex Fuel.. I personally got it three days back.. I was in same situation as ur friend.. Completely new to bikes didn't even knew how to ride one and neither had the DL so couldn't test ride any of the bikes.. I was confused between MT15 and RTR200 4v.. then got to know about CB300F and blindly went for it.. Riding scooter for 6 yrs and no practice about gear bike.. Saw some youtube videos and got the delivery myself.. Outside the showroom stalled the bike 1min and then the ride was pretty good.. Fast forward to three days(today) it's like I am riding this bike for years.. So yes I would suggest CB300F.. Unless ur friend is concerned about the mileage..
