You can go into Google search console and enter each link in the search bar and request indexing. I usually manually request indexing as my pages are complete, otherwise it takes forever to get indexed if at all.

Bigger problem is how tax is utilized. It's not being used for the development purpose or for improving nations infrastructure or it's not going towards reducing poverty.

Citizens are equally responsible for this mess. This 7% tax payers are not the vote bank for these parties. Those who don't pay taxes and belong to lower strata of the society are main vote banks. Their votes can be bought with little money. This section of society is very vulnerable and politicians just know how to exploit them further. Instead of freebies they can ensure good opportunities and good education. But it's easier to just give them freebies instead.

Entire socio economic fabric of this country is distressed. Only a mass scale good old style revolution can bring in change. Also we need to hold every government officials, IAS officers, politicians and even judiciary responsible for their actions. They must be held accountable for their actions. Unless we have that there will not be any change. We need to question their every wrong decision and praise every good decision.

Finally, all these elected officials are among us. All of us are corrupt and that is evident in our elected officials. Very good and bright IAS officers go on to become just greedy pigs. Why does that happen? When we join corporate offices or start our own startups we make a mess with all politics and create toxic work culture. Why does it mainly happen with Indian companies and startups? So this is a very huge issue. We as a citizens lack accountability as well. We don't have civic sense and we make a mess wherever we go in herds. Pick any tourist spot. Why does it happen?

So this is not just about corrupt officials or tax terrorism alone but a systemic issue with all of us. We need a change and it has to start somewhere. I believe that start can be making sure everyone gets a good quality education, which teaches not just school stuff but also about society, civic sense, common sense, human behaviour and ensures a complete growth.
