Switching b/w companies is always for higher package of designation. There could be different permutations and combinations. Leaving your janmabhoomi is good for exposure. You'll always learn out of your comfort zone. You'll be able to connect with new people, learn new cultures, food, etc. etc. Rest office shit would be the same.... laptop, id card, swiping the card for ins and outs,same backbiting, politics, etc. etc. Assess yourself first if you are up for new challenges w.r.t to adjustments, if yes go for it. Coz within max. 3 months you'll find it monotonous. If you can't then stay in Chandigarh and work on upskilling yourself while being in the same place. Who knows you might crack a permanent WFH for a big MNC. Good luck 🤞
